Detailed Description   

Year round prayer book for women in Judeo-German with specialized prayers (tehinot) for various personal occasions that a Jewish mother encounters during her life.

Rare - Women's prayer books have generally not survived the test of time. The "alta Yiddishe mama" used these types of prayer books for daily recital of the Tehinot, while occupied with household chores, shedding tears, and abusing the prayer book. This copy has survived reasonable well.
