Detailed Description:   

Only edition of this collection of three sets of discourses and elegies assembled by R. Elijah Moses Maarabi, described on the verso of the title page as resident in the Bukharin Quarter, Jerusalem, Palestine. There is a full page kabbalistic menorah with an illustration of Jerusalem and related images, followed by R. Marabi’s introduction and additional prefatory material including Iggeret ha-Ramban, Hilkhot Derekh Eretz, Seder h-Limud, and Zettel Katan. The first part of the text of Sama de-Haye is comprised of three discourse by R. Rafael Menorzi entitled ס Sa’ah Soles, מ Marpeh le-Nefesh, and א Orah Hayyim, the initial leters spelling sama סמא. The second part of the book by R. Maarabi is entitled Sama de-Haye and the last section, by R. Jacob Katzin, is Tokahot Megulah, with then chapters. Sama de-Haye concludes with a eulogy delivered by R. Katzin for R. Moses Maarabi. Sama de-Haye is a rich and multi-part work.

ראינו שני טפסים. באחד נדפסה מעבר לשער "תודה וברכה" לנדיב שתרם את הוצאות ההדפסה ובשני נדפס במקום זה ציור כלי המשכן.
