Physical Description   

326, [10] pp., 8°, 228:150 mm., light age staining, crisp wide margins. A very good copy bound in the original cloth boards, color fading.    

A production of the Yeshiva's printing press established by the Yeshiva for its students. The press, a vocational education experiment for Hasidic students, was short-lived and only printed a few books in small amounts.       

   

Detailed Description   

Tikkun the first night of Shavu'ot and Hoshana Rabba. Tikkun for the seventh night of Sukkot and the first night of Shavu'ot became formalized under the influence of the Kabbalah during the period of R. Isaac Luria and the Shelah. The liturgy includes sections of the Zohar, Idra Rabba, Bible, Mishne, Psalms and other supplications. This edition follows the order set forth in the Shelah.
