Shivhei Ba’al Shem Tov (Praises of the Ba'al Shem Tov) שבחי בעל שם-טוב (1922), with the added title Sippurei Anshe Shem. Shivhei Ba’al Shem Tov by R. Dov Baer ben Samuel of Linits. It is a collection of hagiographic stories concerning the Besht and some of the people associated with him. It is the most famous and most utilized source of stories about the Ba’al Shem Tov.
