Only edition. 31 pp., quarto, 211:125 mm., light age and damp staining, wide margins. A very good copy bound in contemporary paper wrappers.

 

Detail Description

The Vidui (confession) prayer to be recited when death seems imminent following the custom of Marpeh l'Nefesh Society of Ferara. It may be said by the dying person, by family members, or by a rabbi, preferable in the presence of 10 people. It can be read in Hebrew or any language the ill person is proficient in. The present edition carries an Italian translation of many sections on the opposite page.
