Only edition, [120] ff, 64 mo., 6:4 mm., wide margins, light age staining. A fine copy bound in the original full leather over boards, rubbed. 15x8 collections.

Apparently the only known complete copy - The Valmadonna (currently in NLI) copy lacks several ff. ST.C.B. 2189 records a copy with 84 ff by Yuda Beck!. Not in Muneles.

The smallest Hebrew miniature of the 17th century!

 

Detail Description

An extremely rare miniature year round prayer book, Rashi letters, no punctation, instruction in Judeo-German. Includes the weekday and Sabbath liturgies, Pirke Avot, followed by Grace after Meals and several pages of blessings for various fruits and occasions.
