Detail Description

Letter by R. Yitzchak Teitelbaum (d. 1943), grandson of R. Avraham Chaim Bernstein Av Beit Din of Bardejov [published his composition Divrei Avraham] and son of nephew of R. Moshe Teitelbaum of Ujhel author of Yismach Moshe. Prominent disciple of the Maharam Schick and compiler of his teachings, served as Dayan and rabbinical authority of Bardejov (Bartfeld, Slovakia). He perished in the Holocaust.

The Rabbi certifies as to the status of a young woman who married in the secular court and not in a Rabbinical court.
